Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current or pending state license for physical therapy.
• BLS certification required.

• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Manage patient documentation efficiently within EMR.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $78,000 – $100,000 / year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
