Tots to Teens Dental Group in Texas is seeking a compassionate Patient Coordinator to join our team. You will create a welcoming experience for patients and families, explain treatment plans, present payment options, and manage calls and scheduling.

Requirements include a high school diploma, at least 1 year of dental front office experience, knowledge of dental terminology, basic computer skills, and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of dental front office experience.
• Knowledge of dental terminology preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency (dental software, Word, Excel).
• Ability to make informed decisions with or without supervision.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Explaining treatment plans clearly and confidently.
• Presenting payment options and assisting patients with financial arrangements.
• Managing incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette and assessment skills.
• Coordinating patient scheduling to optimize daily workflow and staff productivity.
• Ensuring daily tasks, office objectives, and production goals are met.

About the Role

• Bilingual in both English and Spanish
