About the Role

As a Patient Coordinator, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for our patients and their families. Your responsibilities would include, but not be limited to the following:

• Presenting payment options and assisting patients with financial arrangements

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of dental front office experience
• Knowledge of dental terminology
• Basic computer proficiency (dental software, Word, Excel)
• Ability to make informed decisions with or without supervision
• Reliable, punctual, and self‑motivated

Preferred Qualities

• Texas Medicaid experience
• Knowledge of dental plans and insurance terminology
• 2+ years of dental office experience
• Outgoing, approachable, and patient‑focused
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Bilingual in both English and Spanish
