  • Coordinate with outside providers, agencies, and other professionals when necessary.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Support patient scheduling and help resolve appointment-related issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
  • Track outstanding requests, documentation, and follow-up items to ensure completion.
  • Assist intake and clinical teams with administrative responsibilities.
