Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking an Aesthetic Patient Coordinator & Surgical Concierge for a leading aesthetic and cosmetic surgery practice in the Seattle area. This individual will serve as the primary guide for patients throughout their cosmetic treatment journey, delivering a luxury, concierge-level experience from consultation through post-operative care. The ideal candidate will coordinate scheduling, surgical planning, patient education, and financial discussions while maintaining exceptional organization and professionalism. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-touch, patient-focused environment and enjoys building strong relationships while supporting a growing elective surgical practice.

Day-to-Day:

• Coordinate the patient experience from initial inquiry through post-operative follow-up
• Schedule consultations, surgeries, and patient appointments
• Manage surgical calendars and ensure efficient daily operations
• Educate patients on treatment plans and procedural expectations
• Present pricing, financing options, and treatment recommendations
• Maintain ongoing communication with patients throughout their care journey
• Assist with documentation, administrative tasks, and office operations
• Collaborate with the surgeon and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
• Support local anesthesia procedures as needed

Must-Haves:

• Experience in patient coordination, surgical coordination, or medical office administration
• Background in aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, plastic surgery, dermatology, oral surgery, concierge medicine, or similar elective healthcare setting
• Experience discussing treatment plans, pricing, and financing options with patients
• Strong scheduling and calendar management skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA standards and patient confidentiality
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced private-pay environment
• Professional demeanor with strong relationship-building abilities

Plusses:

• Experience working in a luxury, boutique, or high-touch patient environment
• Prior cosmetic or facial plastic surgery experience
• Experience coordinating surgical procedures from consultation through post-op care
• Ability to assist with local anesthesia cases
• Proven success working with high-expectation clientele
• Experience with performance-based sales or consultation metrics

Compensation:

$25/hr to $27/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
