The role involves coordinating scheduling, surgical planning, patient education, and financial discussions in a private-pay setting, with a strong focus on confidentiality, organization, and relationship-building in a high-touch environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient coordination or medical office administration.
• Background in aesthetics or cosmetic surgery setting.
• Experience discussing treatment plans, pricing, and financing.
• Strong scheduling and calendar management skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the patient experience from initial inquiry through post-operative follow-up.
• Schedule consultations, surgeries, and patient appointments.
• Manage surgical calendars and ensure efficient daily operations.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and expectations.
• Present pricing and financing options to patients.
• Maintain ongoing communication with patients throughout their care journey.
• Assist with documentation and office operations.
• Collaborate with surgeon and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Support local anesthesia procedures as needed.
