Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• 1–2 years healthcare office experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Prior Epic experience for scheduling and registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and directs to services; answers phones and assists at check-in.
• Complete pre-registration/registration with privacy and accurate demographics.
• Schedule appointments; link Epic to Raintree and manage calendar.
• Collect co-payments and maintain accurate ledger entries.
• Complete daily assignments and long-term projects; work independently.
