Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1+ years experience in customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel to various locations.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, answer phones, and direct inquiries.
• Manage patient check-in/check-out and collect demographics and copays.
• Enter patient information into EMR accurately.
• Coordinate scheduling and referrals.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy.
• Assist with clerical tasks and mail distribution.
