Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Patient Ambassador to deliver excellent customer service at check-in, manage payments, and support daily operations. You will maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with patients and guide newcomers through their intake journey.

The role involves coordinating with clinical staff, collecting samples as needed, and keeping precise daily financial records. A HS diploma or GED and prior healthcare or fast-paced experience are preferred, with a commitment

Qualifications

• At minimum, High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service experience in a fast paced environment preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred.
• Lived Addiction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients and provide excellent customer service.
• Receive payments and assist in daily operations.
• Maintain a friendly, professional attitude toward patients.
• Guide new patients through intake process and ensure a smooth experience.
• Collect urine and saliva samples for drug screens when needed.
• Maintain daily financial records and reports.
• Coordinate with medical and clinical staff for intakes.
• Provide clerical and logistical support.
• Oversee patient accounts and financial responsibilities.
