Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Front Office Assistant to deliver excellent patient service, check in patients, handle payments, and support daily operations. You will guide new patients through intake with a courteous, professional approach and help maintain smooth front-desk processes.

The role involves assisting with drug screens, maintaining financial records, and coordinating with clinical staff. Weekend/evening flexibility and healthcare setting experience are valued traits.

Qualifications

• At minimum, High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred.
• Lived Addiction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients, receive payments, and assist in daily operations.
• Maintain friendly, professional attitude towards patients and offer a white glove experience.
• Guide new patients through intake process.
• Collect urine and saliva samples for drug screens as needed.
• Maintain daily financial records and reports.
• Coordinate with medical and clinical staff for intakes.
• Provide clerical and logistical support.
• Oversee patient accounts and financial responsibilities.
