Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our outpatient clinics. You will check in patients, collect payments, and support daily operations with a friendly, professional attitude. You’ll guide new patients through intake, coordinate with medical staff, and maintain accurate records.

A high school diploma is required, healthcare or office experience is preferred, and Lived Addiction experience is a plus. Monday–Friday; 8:00am–5:00pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, or office administration preferred.
• Lived addiction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service checking in patients, receiving payments.
• Maintain a friendly, professional attitude toward patients and offer a 'white glove' experience.
• Guide new patients through their intake process.
• Collect urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as needed.
• Maintain daily financial records and reports.
• Coordinate with medical and clinical staff to coordinate intakes.
• Provide clerical and logistical support.
• Oversee patient accounts and financial responsibilities.
