You will support front office operations, verify information, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, teamwork, and adaptability to cover multiple office locations while delivering compassionate care to the Nashua community.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as a Patient Service Representative or in a medical office preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to professionally and diplomatically resolve conflicts and patient concerns.
• Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to support multiple office locations when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check patients in and out for appointments.
• Verify and update patient demographics, registration, and insurance information in the EMR.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care needs.
• Respond to patient phone calls and inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Communicate effectively with providers and staff to support continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality.
• Deliver an outstanding patient experience while building community connections.
• Support office operations and assist at other practice locations as needed.
