Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of experience in a medical practice or healthcare setting preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check patients in and out for appointments.
• Verify and update patient demographics, registration, and insurance information in the EMR.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care needs.
• Respond to patient inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
• Communicate with providers and staff to support continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality.
