Medi-Weightloss of Winston-Salem is seeking a Front Desk/Receptionist to be the friendly first contact for patients and a reliable support for the Office Manager. You will manage calls, greet patients, verify insurance, and handle basic clerical tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Medical receptionist experience preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route calls using a multi-line system.
• Follow up with patients to discuss progress and concerns.
• Verify insurance information and assist with related processes.
• Greet patients and maintain exemplary customer service.
• Process accounts receivable accurately and securely.
• Monitor inventory of clinical and office supplies.
• Assist and train staff on daily procedures when requested.
• Support clinic marketing efforts to help profitability.
