Dignity Health Medical Foundation is seeking a Medical Office Representative to greet patients and support clinic operations with a strong focus on customer service and communication. Qualifications

• Six (6) months' experience in an outpatient setting as a Medical Office Receptionist preferred; or equivalent experience in a high-volume customer service role; or six (6) months experience as a Phone Receptionist or Health Information Associate within Dignity Health Medical Foundation.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage primary phone contact for the clinic and route messages.
• Collect and update demographics and insurance information; verify health plan eligibility.
• Schedule appointments using an electronic practice management system; perform clerical duties.
