Charlotte Eye Ear Nose And Throat Associates Pa is seeking a friendly Patient Representative (Front Desk) to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support in our busy clinics. You will guide patients through check-in/out, verify insurance, schedule visits, and assist with payments while maintaining CEENTA standards of confidentiality.

You’ll operate a multi-line phone system, help patients with kiosk usage, and support clinic flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• Three years of patient-facing customer service in medical office is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and courteous interaction.
• Proficiency with EMR, MS Office, and standard office equipment.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and check in patients; ensure efficient and courteous patient flow.
• Verify and enter patient demographics and insurance information in the EMR.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
• Operate a multi-line phone system; respond to messages promptly.
• Process check-out, collect co-pays and balances, explain statements and payment plans.
• Assist patients with kiosk usage and resolve appointment reporting errors.
• Maintain queues and index documents in the EMR.
• Support clinical teams with messaging, scanning, mail, and administrative tasks.
