Job summary

to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, with additional days/hours as needed, supporting psychiatric and chemical

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, visitors and staff at the front desk.
• Check in patients for assessment and answer the switchboard.
• Route calls appropriately and maintain the facility census book.
• Process incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries; provide clerical support.
• Enter admissions, A&R calls, discharges and physician/bed/unit transfers.
