You will greet patients, manage appointments, and handle data entry for demographics and insurance while maintaining a positive, team-oriented atmosphere across Treasure Valley locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Healthcare customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service on the phone and in person.
• Greet patients and visitors and direct them appropriately.
• Enter demographic and insurance data accurately.
• Schedule and register patients and collect required information.
• Handle calls from patients and their representatives.
• Scan and fax patient information.
• Answer questions within scope of practice and refer others as needed.
• Collect co-pays, deductibles, and balances; update insurance info.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
