Iowa Ortho is actively seeking a Physical Therapy Front Desk Receptionist (Client Guest Coordinator) to support orthopedic providers in delivering high-quality patient care. The role manages a busy front desk, greets patients, schedules, handles check-in/out, and coordinates with clinical staff.

You will use WebPT and NextGen for documentation, process insurance tasks when needed, and maintain a positive, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Prior face-to-face customer service experience in healthcare or health-related field.
• Excellent communication skills with patients and staff.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and calculate percentages on a calculator.

Responsabilités

• Open the reception area on time and monitor lobby activities.
• Welcome visitors, determine nature of business and announce to staff.
• Answer calls, greet and direct patients, salespeople and visitors.
• Enter and update information in WebPT and NextGen as required.
• Occasionally assist with insurance follow up and billing tasks.
• Check-In patients with demographic and insurance updates, collect co-pays.
• Operate office equipment and report malfunctions to supervisor.
• Interact with coworkers, patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Perform front office duties efficiently and correctly.
• Adapt to changes in front desk procedures with a positive attitude.
• Provide excellent patient care and customer service as a role model.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
