Job summary

InMotion Physical Therapy & InMotion Neuro Rehab Center is seeking a friendly, professional Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator to support front office and patient coordination in a busy physical therapy setting.

The role starts as a full-time position averaging about 35 hours weekly with a temporary maternity-leave coverage period through May 2027, after which it is expected to focus on patient care coordination and scheduling while maintaining a high-quality patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in a courteous, professional, and welcoming manner.
• Create and manage new patient accounts, including verifying and updating patient information.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for new and existing patients to support continuity of care.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Collect patient payments, accurately track charges, and maintain related documentation.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure documentation is complete and up to date.
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and other members of the clinic team.
• Provide professional, compassionate, and responsive service throughout the patient’s experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Assist with general administrative and office tasks as needed.
