Ageless Men’s Health Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Patient Coordinator for our Orem, UT clinic to manage front-office operations and deliver concierge patient service.

You will greet patients, verify insurance, schedule appointments, collect payments, and coordinate care experiences that foster loyalty and trust. This full-time role offers daytime hours and a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with insurance verification, scheduling, and medical administrative responsibilities.
• Familiarity with EMR software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first and last point of contact for every patient visit.
• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out for scheduled and walk-in appointments.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Verify insurance coverage, collect copays and payments, and maintain accurate patient information.
• Follow up on inbound leads, reactivate inactive patients, and support patient retention initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with patients by providing personalized, concierge-level service.
• Maintain an organized, welcoming lobby and front office environment.
• Support daily clinic operations while ensuring HIPAA compliance and an efficient patient experience.
