Ageless Men's Health in Orem, UT, seeks a Patient Coordinator to manage the front desk, coordinate patient flow, verify insurance, collect payments, and deliver concierge-level service. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with day hours.

You will greet patients, schedule appointments, handle check-in/out, and support HIPAA-compliant operations while building lasting relationships that foster ongoing engagement in men’s health care.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in a medical office, wellness clinic, medical spa, or other healthcare setting required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a warm, outgoing personality.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with insurance verification, scheduling, and medical administrative responsibilities.
• Comfortable using scheduling or EMR software.
• Experience with lead follow-up or patient outreach is a plus.
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences and interest in men's health and wellness.

Patient Coordinator – Ageless Men's Health

Location: Orem, UT
Pay: $26 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, standard daytime hours (no nights or weekends). Must be available for scheduling during normal business hours.
