Urology Clinics of North Texas is looking for a Patient Coordinator to greet patients at check-in and support the office in Dallas. The role involves collecting co-pays, updating demographics, and assisting physicians and staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills and understanding of EMR/PM/Scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Opens the office every morning (unlock doors, lights, start computers, prepare paperwork).
• Prepares AUA’s, New Patient, PQRI, and Medical History Forms.
• Scans insurance cards and licenses, uploads to patient chart.
• Ensures patient demographics are up to date and signed.
• Collects co-payments and balances prior to physician visit.
• Directs patient questions to Front Desk Supervisor or Office Administrator.
• Prints charge tickets and ensures data from billing spreadsheets.
• Assists with check-out duties when necessary.
• Maintains lobby appearance with magazines and cleanliness.
• Performs special projects as assigned and supports staff as needed.
• Gains basic understanding of urology-related conditions and procedures.
• Uses good communication during interactions with patients and colleagues.
• Promotes positive working relationships with team and providers.
