Job summary

United Surgical Partners International in Oklahoma City is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for a busy orthopedic practice. This full-time role welcomes patients, checks them in and out, answers phones, and coordinates appointments.

Ideal candidates have medical office experience, comfortable handling co-pays and balances, and basic familiarity with EHR systems. High school diploma required; HSAs and fringe benefits included.

Qualifications

• Medical office experience preferred with knowledge of insurance.
• Must be comfortable in collecting co-pays, deductibles & balances.
• Good phone etiquette and customer services skills.
• EHR experience preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required (GED)

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a smile and friendly attitude
• Answering multiple phone lines
• Check patients in/out and schedule follow up appointments
• Obtain accurate demographics
• Collect co-pays/balances
• Chart preparation, scanning/indexing medical records and other duties as assigned
