Cook Children’s in Prosper, TX seeks a Medical Receptionist to greet patients and create a friendly intake and checkout experience. You will manage phones, scheduling, patient registration, and basic billing while upholding clinic policies.

The role requires excellent communication, the ability to adapt to variable patient volumes, and familiarity with medical terminology and insurance concepts. Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, in the Prosper Medical Office Building.

Formación

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Customer service experience required.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and establish a friendly intake and check-out encounter.
• Answer phones promptly and courteously, schedule, register, bill and collect payments.
• Learn and understand diversified insurance plans and medical terminology.
