Cook Children’s is seeking a Medical Receptionist in Prosper to greet patients, manage intake and checkout, and support front-desk operations. You will handle scheduling, registration, billing, and payments while adapting to staffing and patient volume changes.

The role requires a high school diploma and customer service experience, with preference for experience in fast-paced medical settings. Standard hours are 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday.

Formación

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment (emergency department, multi-provider clinics) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and establish a friendly in-take and check out encounter.
• Maintain patient flow and answer phones promptly and courteously.
• Schedule, register, bill and collect payments for clinic patients.
• Learn and understand diversified insurance plans and medical terminology.
