You’ll welcome patients, offer refreshments, keep the reception area inviting, and craft engaging social media content with photos, videos, and captions while highlighting patient stories with permission.

We’re looking for someone personable, organized, and proactive who can help create a memorable experience both in the office and online.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and personal attention.
• Help patients feel comfortable with refreshments and thoughtful amenities.
• Keep the reception area beautiful, inviting, and organized.
• Create engaging social media content, including photos, short videos, and captions.
• Highlight patient stories and smile transformations with their permission.
• Work closely with our team to make each visit run smoothly.

What We’re Looking For
