Job summary

Village Green Dental Center, located in Aurora, IL, is seeking a full-time Patient Concierge to support our dynamic, patient-focused office. Evening shifts and every other Saturday are required.

Prior dental experience is not needed as training is provided, and Spanish language skills are preferred to assist a diverse patient base. You will be the friendly first point of contact, handling scheduling, payments, and patient communication while contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment

Qualifications

• Patient concierge role – no dental experience required.
• Willingness to work evenings and every other Saturday.
• Strong communication and a positive, helpful attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist chairside during procedures with a smile and confidence.
• Explain treatment plans and next steps to patients.
• Take payments and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Make outgoing calls during downtime (no cold calling).
• Track weekly stats and goals with leadership.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients.

What You'll Do:

What You Don't Need:

No dental experience? We'll train the right person.

• Must be available Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
• Spanish speaker preferred
