Qualifications

• Flexible schedule availability.

• One year of medical office experience preferred.
• Experience accessing and updating an EMR system preferred.

Practice Operations Management oversees the business and administrative operations of a medical practice.

The Patient Concierge, Front Desk Associate is the first point of contact for patients and family members at Cancer Care of North Florida . This position is responsible for greeting patients, confirming demographic and insurance information, answering phones, provider scheduling, as well as other duties as assigned. Customer service skills and attention to detail are important to this role's success.

Responsibilities
