Qualifications

• At least one year of call center customer service experience required.
• Accurate typing, spelling, grammar and computer keyboarding skills to document and route calls in EMR.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls/texts quickly and empathetically, provide information on office hours locations and services.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient visits using EMR and scheduling tools.
• Register new patients and verify demographic and insurance information when scheduling appointments.
• Transcribe messages to clinical staff and route requests per guidelines.
• Document details in patient charts with correct spelling and grammar.
