Urology of Virginia (UVA) is seeking candidates with clinical experience to join our Hampton Roads team. This role schedules all non-surgical office appointments, answers incoming calls from patients and external callers, and coordinates with sites to resolve requests promptly.
You will help create a positive first impression by delivering courteous service, verifying patient data, and guiding callers to the right provider. Experience with Athena is a plus, as is prior RN/LPN/MA work.

We are seeking candidates with prior clinical experience, to join our team. This position will be responsible for scheduling all non-surgical office appointments, responding to incoming phone calls from established patients and other external callers, and communication with sites to ensure that patient phone call requests are resolved in a timely manner. This role is critical to creating a positive first impression for the practice and to show patients a "we care" attitude.
