Responsibilities

• Provide full range of telephone switchboard duties, including triaging calls and relaying messages.
• Assist with clerical duties as required and liaise between patients and medical staff.
• Answer calls, connect to correct extensions and take/relay messages accurately and timely.
• Respond to emergencies and direct callers to clinical staff as needed.
• Triaging calls, transferring calls, setting up conference calls, and reporting malfunctions.
