Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and outbound calls; collect information to complete registration and transfer to the appropriate department.

• Update patient information across multiple web portals (insurance, address, phone, email).
• Conduct courtesy calls to ensure patient satisfaction with the service provided.
• Counsel patients and families regarding insurance, eligibility for assistance, sliding fee scales and verify coverage.
