Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year certificate from college or technical school preferred.
• One year experience in a similar role/customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients for exams and verify DOB, insurance, and order accuracy.
• Enter information into RIS and other systems; scan documents as needed.
• Assist patients with obtaining medical records while complying with HIPAA.
• Help patients complete kiosk questions and forms for appointments.
• Ensure insurance estimates are accurate and collect copays/deductibles per policy.
• Balance cash drawer and run end of day cash reports.
• Maintain clean waiting areas and comply with CDC PPE guidelines.
