• Verify insurance coverage and PCP assignment; document in EMR and communicate sliding fee process as needed.
• Maintain and update patient demographic and financial data in EMR; file and scan documents; manage clinical inbox tasks.
• Coordinate appointments, referrals, and follow-ups with providers and staff; arrange interpreter services when needed.
• Process collections and deposits; ensure accurate cash handling and data entry per policy.
