Job summary

Full Circle Health is seeking a Check-In/Check-Out Representative for the Meridian clinic. This full-time role supports the front desk, guiding patients through check-in and checkout with a focus on service quality and efficient clinic operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a medical office. High School Diploma or GED required; certification as a Medical Interpreter is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service experience required; medical office experience preferred.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Certified Medical Interpreter preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with check-in and checkout processes to maximize patient satisfaction.
• Support reception department and ensure smooth front-desk operations.
• Maintain accurate patient information and coordinate with clinical staff.
