Job summary

Full Circle Health is seeking a Medical Reception Supervisor to support the Meridian and Kuna clinics. You will oversee day-to-day operations of the reception team and help hire and onboard staff, ensuring smooth patient flow and excellent front-desk service.

The role requires 2+ years in medical reception or medical office settings, with prior supervisory experience preferred. Standard daytime, full-time schedule from 7:45am to 4:45pm, Monday through Friday, at clinic locations in Idaho.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of Medical Reception or Medical Office experience.
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic reception area.
• Supervise the Clinic Reception Team and contribute to staff development.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding of reception staff.
• Support both Meridian and Kuna clinics to ensure smooth patient flow.
