Job summary

You will play a key role in scheduling referrals, managing calls, updating routes, and ensuring NOS setups and pickups are organized, while maintaining equipment cleanliness and readiness for patient care.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a medical office setting preferred.
• Proficiency with basic computer software and office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate respiratory therapy services and referrals.
• Schedule referrals and patient appointments for respiratory equipment setup.
• Manage incoming calls and route to the appropriate team.
• Update Respiratory Therapist daily routes and schedule NOS setups/ pickups.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment as needed.
