Job summary

HME Specialists in Albuquerque is seeking a Full Time Respiratory Therapy Coordinator to coordinate respiratory therapy services, educate patients on equipment use, and collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal care.

You will schedule referrals, manage calls, update routes, organize NOS setups and pickups, and maintain equipment to deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and medical office experience preferred.
• Proficiency with software and tools; minimum 1 year in customer service.
• Excellent computer skills and professional phone etiquette required.
• Strong communication abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Schedule referrals and customer appointments for respiratory equipment setup.
• Manage incoming phone calls and update Respiratory Therapist routes.
• Organize NOS setups and pickups and ensure equipment cleanliness and functionality.
