Job summary

HME Specialists seeks a Clinical Services Manager- Respiratory Therapy in Albuquerque to lead clinical education across home respiratory care and DME services. The role focuses on strengthening competency, documentation quality, and regulatory readiness while improving patient and caregiver understanding.

The ideal candidate brings an RT license in NM (RRT preferred), along with a relevant degree and 3+ years of experience in home respiratory care or DME. Travel locally is expected.

Qualifications

• Active New Mexico Respiratory Therapist license or eligibility.
• Associate degree required, Bachelor's preferred; 3+ years RT experience preferred.
• DME/HME or home respiratory care background recommended.
• Strong coaching/presentation skills with solid documentation.
• BLS/CPR; valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for respiratory staff.
• Create competency tools, checklists, reference materials.
• Serve as RT subject-matter resource on therapies and devices.
• Support patient/caregiver education standardization.
• Collaborate on quality reviews, audits, and policy updates.
