Qualifikationen

• Licensed in Illinois as Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of expertise.

Aufgaben

• Support operational aspects of patient care and department operations.
• Maintain open communication within Rehabilitative Services and with other leaders.
• Coordinate daily activities of staff including scheduling and time off.
• Enforce policies, train new employees and monitor education programs.
• Ensure patients receive appropriate intensity of services and monitor schedules.
• Assist in staff orientation and 90-day onboarding processes.

Ausbildung

Bachelor’s Degree in a clinical field

Licensed in Illinois (PT/OT/SLP)

BLS Certification (American Heart Association)

3 years of field experience
