Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a clinical field as required for the role.
• State licensure in Illinois for a relevant therapy field.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Active involvement in operational aspects of patient care and department operations.
• Coordinate daily work activities of staff including scheduling and time off.
• Enforce policies, train new employees, and monitor education programs.
• Ensure patients are scheduled with appropriate service intensity.
• Orient new staff and complete 90-day orientation and competency process.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in a clinical field (e.g. Occupational Therapist, Physician Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist)

Licensed in Illinois in Physical/Occupational/Speech Language Pathologist

BLS from American Heart Association upon hire
