Responsibilities

• Provide security services with a customer-service approach, maintaining professionalism, fairness, and safety.
• Inspect interior and exterior areas to identify hazards and security risks.
• Respond to emergencies, service calls, and incidents; de-escalate when appropriate and document actions.
• Assist with traffic control, visitor management, and crowd control; provide directions and help as needed.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and first responders as required and maintain accurate reports.
