Advocate Health Care is seeking a full-time Public Safety Officer in Wisconsin to provide professional security services across the Sheboygan County site. The role requires customer-focused protection, alertness, and adherence to safety policies while supporting visitors and patients.

The officer will perform patrols, manage incidents, assist with crowd and traffic control, and coordinate with law enforcement.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• 1 year of experience in security, public safety, or customer service with emergent situations and risk identification.

Responsabilités

• Provides security services with a customer-service approach and professional demeanor.
• Inspires confidence in patients, visitors, and team members through a professional appearance and service-oriented behavior.
• Maintains department uniform and equipment in good repair and adheres to safety rules and procedures.
• Conducts interior and exterior patrols, inspects for vulnerabilities and hazards, and audits life safety measures.
• Responds to service calls, de-escalates situations, and uses force only as necessary.
• Investigates incidents on Advocate Health property and documents findings accurately.
• Coordinates with law enforcement and first responders and facilitates visitor guidance and parking support.
