Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in security/public safety or customer service.
• Ability to respond to emergent situations and protect patients, visitors, teammates, and property.

Responsibilities

• Provide security services with a customer-service approach.
• Patrol interior and exterior areas; identify hazards and ensure safety compliance.
• Assist patients and visitors with information and directions; manage traffic and access control.
• De-escalate conflicts and respond to emergencies; coordinate with law enforcement as needed.
• Document incidents with timely, accurate reports.
• Support department training and security awareness across the site.
