Responsibilities

• Conduct interior and exterior patrols; inspect for hazards and ensure safety.
• Respond to emergencies and crises; de-escalate when possible.
• Assist patients and visitors with information, directions, and help.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and first responders as needed.
• Complete timely, accurate incident reports and maintain equipment.
