Responsibilities

• Arrange accurate scheduling and verify appointments with MDs, modality, and equipment.
• Communicate appointment details to departments and staff; follow scheduling guidelines.
• Obtain and verify insurance authorizations and documentation for surgical charts.
• Answer phones, screen calls, and coordinate with Nurses and Resource Coordinators.
