Job summary

Arizona Community Physicians is seeking a Front Office Specialist for Medical Outpatient Care Offices. The role provides patient-facing administrative support across our clinics, delivering excellent customer service in a busy frontline environment.

You will handle check-in, scheduling, data entry, insurance verification, co-pays, and phone management while maintaining HIPAA compliance and a tidy reception area. Opportunities to grow within our expanding network across Arizona.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or GED credential.
• Prefer at least one year of experience in an administrative support role with multitasking.
• Prefer experience working with the public providing customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors in clinic offices.
• Manage reception area traffic and patient flow with organized workspace.
• Check-in process including registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and co-pays.
• Daily cash handling and end-of-day cash/credit card processes.
• Answer phones, route calls, and manage voicemails for fluid communication.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and ensure cleanliness of reception area.
• Interface with back-office staff and physicians to support patient flow.
