• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy front-office environment.
• Bilingual candidates are a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; dental assisting or administrative certification a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Present and explain dental treatment plans to patients in a clear, compassionate manner.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage the daily appointment calendar.
• Coordinate with dentists and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow.
• Verify dental insurance benefits and assist patients with coverage questions.
• Discuss financial options, payment plans, and insurance billing with patients.
• Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment and outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate patient records using dental practice management software.
