Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in New Jersey to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. You will communicate with patients and care teams, administer medications, and support interdisciplinary collaboration throughout the patient journey.

The role requires an active NJ RN license and AHA BLS/CPR certification, with BSN preferred or to be obtained within 3 years. Six months of nursing experience or active participation in the Nurse Residency Program is expected.

Qualificações

• Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license.
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification.
• BSN strongly preferred or must obtain within 3 years.
• Six months or more nursing experience OR active Nurse Residency Program participant.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing patient needs, and strong teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver nursing care according to evidence-based practices, policies, and standards of care.
• Maintain ongoing communication with patients, nursing colleagues, and other health-care team members.
• Aim for optimal patient and guest satisfaction and care experience as per standards.
• Administer medications using clinical documentation tech to ensure safe delivery.
• Provide patient and family-centered care to optimize health and disease management.
• Collaborate across disciplines to manage care plans from admission to discharge.
